If you have already completed the first season, how to start the Research Mode?
To enable Exploration Mode you will first start a new game. Then check the checkbox at the bottom right of the screen where you choose your character that says EXPLORATION MODE.

This mode will give you 25,000 points to start with, unlock all maps from the very beginning, and allow you to have some fun playing as animals. Press “Q” on the keyboard to bring up the animal menu during gameplay.
Keep in mind that this mode is for fun and anything you do will not count towards records or achievements.
