To successfully complete mini game player must make a ladder.
Also player get achievement “What?!” after leave the cave, without skipping mini game.
Short version
– 20 dry branches (27-34 total)
– 10 large leaves
– 3 strands of spiderweb
– Knife
– Campfire
Day 1. You do “Reconnoiter the Area” x4, Craft Knife and then pick mushrooms to end of the day.
Day 2. Craft Knife if you forget do this. Then Farm mushrooms literally entire day. (3 red, 40+ blue, 9 yellow)
Day 3. Farm 7 branches, back and make campfire, cook 9 yellow mushrooms and all blue mushrooms. Then eat RAW red mushrooms.
Go kill spider then return to camp eat yellow and blue mushrooms, back and kill spider x2 more time (x3 times total). Don’t forget Heal and cure poison.
Day 4. You farm x27 dry branches and x10 large leaves, return and make campfire, then ladder.
You finish this mini game Congratulation!
If you manage time better, you can finish this in 3 day. This version more for safe and easy way.
Extended Version
And then you can forget about this option (if you do reconnaissance 5 times, this option will close itself).
2.You back to “previously explored location” and start pick mushrooms.
you need total:
3-6 Red mushrooms.
40-50 Blue mushrooms. -this you main source of “Health” and “Satiety”.
6-9 Yellow mushrooms.
I don’t want to spoiler all effect here, you can test all other mushroom itself.
If you want finish this cave fast way use only BLUE mushrooms for healing!
3. Go and Farm 7 branches, return and make campfire, cook 9 Yellow mushrooms and all Blue mushrooms.
Then eat RAW Red mushrooms!
Start killing spiders. With knife 1 kill give 30% poison (20% if player got red mushroom buff).
After each kill return and eat Cooked Yellow mushrooms to cure poison and heal with blue mushrooms, then back and kill 2 more spiders.
With this method you be able kill 3 spiders in 1 day.
4.After Mushrooms farming and killing spiders you can farm x27 dry branches and x10 large leaves.
Then make campfire and ladder.
