This is a simple guide for getting 100% of the achievements. This is probably more useful for people who have farms under level 60 or people who buy the game for an easy 100%. It took me 600 hours, but many of my hours were from leaving the game up constantly. I’ll try to put tips in where they’re relevant. I wanted to organize them better, but I think I’m just going to keep them organized in the order of which they are pretty much earned. I realize that most of the achievements you grab as you go, but there were a few I needed help on and I want to be able to pass the knowledge on. I didn’t want write a guide for just a few achievements, though.
General Tips and Info!
- Seasons are 17 minutes long.
- Complete quests as you see them to earn medals.
- Discard quests that are going to take too long.
- You can only discard one quest every 24 hours. Use it wisely.
- Plow immediately after harvesting. I find this makes life easier in the long run.
- Utilize public farms to increase your player level or finish event quests.
- Utilize the boost you gain from helping on other player’s farms.
- Sprinklers will cut harvesting time in half, if not more.
- Gold nuggets are found randomly while harvesting.
- Harvest flowers on high level farms to increase chance of gold nuggets.
— - Use a money tree when your farm is level 16 and you can to start gaining diamonds. Once you can use a rubber tree, scrap the money trees. Money trees can be harvested every winter while rubber trees can be harvested every spring and fall. Rubber trees can’t be used until farm level 48, so you’ll be using money trees for a while.
— - Farm hands work in a 6×6 area. You can use farm hands at farm level 20. Use them to your advantage when it comes to collecting diamonds from trees.
— - I earned tickets the fastest by making sushi. It only requires fish and grain which is super easy to stock up on.

Customize your farmer and you can get this achievement to pop! When you start the game click “Customize” on the beginning screen. After that, click on “Farmer”. From there you can change your clothes, hair, accessories.. etc. Left click on “save” or click the control button the keyboard. After you hit save, click “Tractor”. Customize your tractor to get “Different strokes for different folks”. Remember to save!
The trees don’t let you see the forest
Level a tree 10 on your farm. If you’re trying to get this out of the way, I would use an apple tree because they are ready to harvest every season. This achievement will come pretty naturally while you play the game.
This achievement is earned by getting a crop to level 10. The fastest way will be to plant lettuce in all your farm plots. There should be some lettuce already on your farm for you to harvest. This doesn’t take long to achieve.
Give a man a fish and you will feed him for a day…
Fish from 15 tiles of the same pond. When you start your farm, you should have some fish already on your farm. Add more tiles to it to get 15. The next time you fish from it, the achievement will pop.
Join another player’s farm. There’s plenty of public farms. On the main menu, click “Find Farms”. From there, click on a farm and join it. Personally, I switch the filter to only include people who allow quests and harvesting. This is just a preference, but it allows me to work on other things along the way.
Don’t put the cart before the horse
Build a fuel pump or gas station. You can do this at farm level 2 after you do your first two quests. It will require you to use the two medals you just earned, but it’s worth it for the tractor.
You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make it drink
This achievement unlocks after you finish the tutorial. The first three quests is harvesting up to 30 apple trees and 30 lettuce.
Interact with a decoration that has a special emote. For this one, you can go to a public farm and sit on a bench. If you don’t want to look for one, you can buy one and do it at your farm. It would be easier to go to a public farm and also get “When in Rome, do as the Romans” by entering a house.
When in Rome, do as the Romans
Enter a house. You can do this when you purchase a house, or you can go to a public farm and enter their house. If you do this, you can also interact with a decoration on their farm to knock out “If you leave your place, you lose it.”
Actions speak louder than words
Complete 10 quests. This is self-explanatory. Pin quests that you’re working on that way you can track how many plants you have growing vs how many more you need. Discard quests that are going to take too long. You can’t discard very often, so use wisely.
Never too late to do well
Load a farm a month after it was created. If you start a farm, just keep playing on it. Eventually, this achievement will pop. If you make multiple farms, just keep your first one so you can load it up one day and get the achievement.
A picture is worth a thousand words
When you are on your farm, press escape and click “photo mode”. Once in photo mode, you can see all of the controls in the top right.
Praise the ripe field, not the green corn
For this achievement you need to harvest 10,000 items. This will come pretty naturally. If you’re looking to knock it out quick. I’d recommend going to a high level farm on public and harvesting items for them. Plot after harvesting. This will help you and them.
Many hands make light work
Fill your visit farm boost meter by visiting a farm and harvesting plants, trees and flowers until your boost meter is filled. Don’t forget to utilize the boost by visiting your farm and harvesting there after.
All roads lead to Rome
Build a point of interest at farm level 6. It costs 4 medals, so you will need to continue to do quests.
Don’t bite the hand that feeds you
Build a feeder. A feeder is unlocked at farm level 12 and costs 4 medals.
Half a loaf is better than none
Complete a job by using a cooker, piano or painting in your house.
April showers bring forth May flowers
Build a sprinkler! It unlocks at farm level 5 and costs 1 medal.
Don’t shoot the messenger
A sign can be built with 8 diamonds. You get enough diamonds to finish this achievement pretty quickly. At farm level 3 I had 65 diamonds.
Three’s a crowd
Join three animals together. You can join most animals together if they are on the same turf. For instance, if they have grass like cows or horses, they should go together and if they have dirt like ducks and chickens, they should go together. I have not run into many problems getting animals to be on the same plot.
Rome wasn’t built in a day
Place decorations in your house. This is fairly straight forward. Most of the decorations cost diamonds. Once you have a money tree farm going, you’ll be able to climb up the diamond ladder.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder
For this one, I used the 1 diamond path until it popped up. It was the cheapest and probably the fastest way to finish this achievement.
Don’t count your chickens before they hatch
Build 100 tiles of chickens or ducks. For this one, you can’t just have 100 ducks and chickens separately. They need to be on the same plot for the achievement to come up.
Slow and steady wins the race
Plant a flower that says it takes 3 or more days for harvesting.
One man’s trash is another man’s treasure
You need to gather gold nuggets to use the pawn shop. You also need to buy the pawn shop which you can purchase at farm level 5 for 5 medals.
Don’t bite the hand that feeds you
You can build a farmhand at farm level 20. You pay them with tickets that you get from doing jobs in your house. They cost 20 medals.
No man is an island
Most people set up there guestbook right next to the bus stop where you start on their farm. Click on it and sign it for the achievement to pop up.
It ain’t over till the fat lady sings
For this achievement, I used the warehouse. You can’t unlock this until farm level 50. To upgrade it you need particular items (fish, vegetables, grain) and diamonds.
Man’s Best Friend
To do this, you need to customize your emotes. It’s in the same place where you customize your character and tractor. When you customize your emotes, find the emote for whistling. Remember what you set it as, go back into your game and click the hotkey you used for it.
Finish all tasks of a Seasonal event
For this achievement, I used other farms as well as my own. I would jump between farms and find other people who had the event item planted. I would harvest there then go back to my own and harvest there. It’s probably not necessary to jump back and forth. For me, it was just super fast this way.
Birds of a feather flock together
You cannot build the Farmhands union until farm level 60. It costs 50 medals.
