When leveling, you can use any skill. The main thing is to take level 100 and get this set so that the build will already start working.
The order in which you should level mastery is Dragonkin> Frostborn> Sky Lord> Guardian and Others.

Gems with 2 evasion and 1 effect duration
Gloves with Rune The Bombardier(Get this second item!!)

Ring with Rune Kingsrock:

Enchanting priority – fire damage, 1 mana on hit, 1 health on hit, effect duration, Crit chance, crit damage, all res. If u get armor with rune Elementium get shadow res on items and other resistances should not be!
