Bear: While shapeshifted you gain 650 Armor, 20% increased Health, and restore 4% of your missing Health every other second. Healing received from all sources is increased by 10%. You are immune to Mana Burn abilities while Shapeshifted.
Bear Charge: Charge towards target enemy interrupting their cast and immobilizing them for 2 seconds.
Bear Smash: Stuns your target for 1.5 seconds.
Bear Ironbark: Provides you with 40% damage reduction for 4 seconds.

- Soothe/ Use: Cast spell when your extremely low or your allies are low
- Bear/ Use: Cast spell when your getting Ganked, use 1 spell on the farthest enemy then 2 on the enemy you charged into. Make sure to always cast 3 when you Bear
- Toxic Spore/ Use: Good DMG, use when chasing or running away
- Windstorm/ Use: Good when getting ganked
- Mending Spirit/ Use: stack this on your DPS or yourself can stack up to 3 times

- Grasping Vines/ Use: Cast spell when chasing or you need to run away
- Bear/Use: Cast spell when your getting Ganked, use 1 spell on the farthest enemy then 2 on the enemy you charged into. Make sure to always cast 3 when you Bear
- Mending Spirit/ Use: stack this on your DPS or yourself can stack up to 3 times
- Soothe/ Use: Cast spell when your extremely low or your allies are low
- Remedy/ Use: Cast spell when Ally has debuff/s
- Revitalize/ Use: Cast spell when Ally is Half or below. Make sure to watch your mana
