the sharp edged whistles are from sharpest point to dullest point

Place each shaped hole in its own line, in line by orientation of the hole

Solution 4
Place each type of whistle defined by the material of the rings at the top in its own line, in line from least rings to most rings
Solution 5
Place each whistle made of a different type of material in its own line, in line from highest hole to lowest hole
