Angel Light The Elven Truce: Walkthrough and Secrets

When you begin you will se this cutscene. Angelore just arrives and Lioba runs to you telling you to help her find her cousin Thormentor,
Speak to Vasaray. She will tell you to help the dark elves and there is no second chances in combat.
Speak to Hector. He will comment on you revealing attire. Angelore explains that the original armor was to heavy and she wants to look like a dark elf girl to impress Thormentor. Hector will comment on how dark elf girls get injure and killed a lot and she should stay in one piece.

Speak next to Charles. He will tell you to kill all of the orcs ahead. And that they will stay back since it is up to her to impress the Dark Elves and since she is a Templar she should be able to do it without help. 

To the right of these three, behind some pot there is a stamina bar upgrade. Pick it up and use it immeadiately,

There is another Dark elf guard to talk to. He asks you if you are the princess. Then he gives you some information about the orc attacks and where Thormentor is.

Behind some more pots there are other potions to collect. (Break the pots by the way. It is fun to break things!)

There is another health potion near this building.

A stamina potion is in the stable.

This is Thormentor who you need to talk to. They are excite to meet each other and Thormentor appreciates the Dark elf like clothing she is wearing. The next objective is to meet up with his sister Christy.

There is another guard to talk to slumped against a building. He informs her that the orcs are here to kill her specifically. This means there is a dark elf traitor in the midst (More on that later) The guard will have to see a medic and an evil orc boi summons this scorpion which you must kill for an achievement and to increase your influence bar.

Remember how Thormentor said to find Christy? Instead we are taking the long way around to find some secrets but first we must kill this undead army.
Before you do that go in this building to talk to Lumi and get a health potion. She is alittle girl who couldn’t escape in time so she is hiding. Angelore can’t take her with her. She expresses faith that Angelore can’t be killed and that she wants to be a princess like her someday.
Go this way for more potions.

When you are done he game wants you to go up here.

But instead we are going this way to find secrets.

There is a health potion on the top of this hill.

And a celtic cross with more potions by it. Thormentor will comment that their is a secret meaning to these and that wolves guard it.

If yo keep walking you will meet Zarnrith the best dark elf assassin after crossing a frozen river.He will tell you of the traitor Madelin and how she is still in the area. And that she should hide to lure her out and kill her. His wolf will bark when she arrives.

Follow this river all the way up.

You will find this chest with a health bar upgrade and some other potions. Angelore says this chest is dropped like someone is in a hurry. Thormentor reveals it was stolen from them. Reading the scrolls reveal it was written by Verion. He instructs Madeline to pay the orcs and gives her special powers from an Angel of Death. Thormentor says they should go back now and when you do you hear the wolf howl.

Madeline comes over t he hill with orcs and you must kill her.

Some Imp bois show up for you to kill to.

Yup. Any girl not wearing a G-string in this universe is definently a traitor!

Once she dies Thormentor will comment on it.

You should be around here when that happens.

Go left of that building until you see this building and enter the silo.

You will see a tender moment. Where Thormentor and Angelore make out! Also we learn that the reason Angelore isn’t cold in only a G-string is due to taking potions (as well as her g-string being magical according to the devloper) that don’t work entirely as she still is a bit cold. After Thromentor admits to doing bad things to innocent people Angelore tells them to put them behind them and move forward for peace. She gets called beautiful and they kiss. 

Near that house you will find a present.

Keep going and Angelore will find a reindeer and Thromentor will say St. Nick’s sleigh should be nearby. When you find it pick up his hat for an achievemnt. A bunch of potions are nearby. Thormentor assures us that Santa is fine as his reindeer are pretty calm and that you will probably find him in the city. (You don’t! Unfortunately) 

When you are done there go back up this path to get where you are supposed to go.

There you will find Camila’s potion shop. She doesn’t seem to be here to give you potions though. Maybe if you check in the tent…

Holy Snapple! Camila is having sex with her husband in there! Watching this turns Angelore on ALOT. But she decides to focus on the mission instead of thinking about bedding Thormentor.

If you are doing bad on potions then it maybe a good idea to go back to the main menu and click on the button that says “bridge checkpoint” If you do Camilla will be there to give you potions. (This will not let you keep your health and stamina upgrades. So maybe do it on a second playthrough.)

A cutscene will play where Caimla tells her about the potions and how she is pretty and will make a good wife.

You can then take all the potions and Thormentor will say how her, husband will be sent home earlier as a reward. (that is why they aren’t having sex right now)

After that you can walk here to see Christy. She will say you must be the princess as you are a blonde dwarf that fights like a Templar. She informs them Charles and Hector are waiting inside as well as some dwarves. She gets excited as they are going to get married soon as part of the Peace treaty.

Once you try and enter the city of Rauban however. Destruction Appears!

Destruction WILL kill you in one hit unless you hold your shield up like Christy tells you. If you haven’t figured it out yet hitting enemies in the back while they are fighting your friends is a good strategy, especially here.

You finished and Oh shoot Christy just died! (Nah just kidding she is just injured. That means all of the other people who were killed are just injured… even t he enemies… I am not going to think about that to much.)

Whatever. Destruction teleports away like a wimp and you enter Rauban.

There are two potions on the bridge so grab them.

When you get to the city take some time to explore before talking to the dwarves and Templars to progress the story.
First talk to Katja. This conversation reveals that Angelore is jealous about how the other dark elf girls are so pretty and are going to steal Thormentor from her. (Spicy!) But nah! Katja is just teasing. She runs the depot and offers you 2 potions. She also talks about how their are pagan traitors who are mad that Thormentor is abandoning the old ways of human sacrifice and that is why the both of you are wanted dead. Along as they fight for God they should stay together.
Yo can also speak to Aneth, who is the Ice Queen’s sorceress. She comments on your fighting ability and her equipment. You learn a little about how the Drak elves run the place (which if you look at the flags is Finland, Angelore is from Ireland) and their hierarchy. Angelore makes a cutesy line about how Thormentor can be her king any day (if you know what I’m saying 😉 ) But Aneth also has a secret and dosen’t seem to know about the marraige (interesting…). I wouldn’t trust even if Angelore thinks she has nice hair.

Thormentor’s cousin Lioba is a bit in the back near this building. She admires the strength she shows and claims the Templars have trained her well. You learn that hector and Charles bought the Templars here from France. (If you watch the trailer you will learn the Franciscan order collapsed and fled to Rauban) She clarifies the secret is something terrible Thormentor and his sister Vera did in the past that she still can’t tell her. Also the dwarvesa re going on amission to recover one of their missing wives but we shall handle that later.

Instead of talking with them walk left and when you get here you will se some potions. Ignore them for know and go around.

Holy Shitake mushrooms! its Verion and is has a big, huge dragon bro! He will want to show you something but it is a trick! Raise your shield to tank the 4 to 6 lightning bolts he shoots at you. (They will instakill you and force you to use 2 potions to revive)

When you are done he teleports away saying the final battle hasn’t happened yet. And you will be given one health and two stamina upgrades for you to use

Now try to pick up the potions to activate evil orc bois trap.

You will have to kill a bunch of orcs. But when you are done big orc boi will teleport away saying that his traps suck and he needs to improve them. No special perk or achievement from this one. But since you can move and get damaged in the cutscenes I like to move Angelore to this spot and hit F1 to wiggle Angelore’s butt at him in mockery of his poor trap-making skills. (As you can see here!)

When you are done there we are going to go all the way to the right.

Once here some imps will spawn. Kill them by pressing 2.

When you do that you will receive a health upgrade. Use all of them if you haven’t already. The big fights are coming up!

Before you go to see your Templar buddies talk to the dwarves. Angelore is mad at them for not killing the orcs on the way here but Athalogoth (Sheesh! What a name!) reminds her that SHE has to kill the orcs in order to impress the dark elves. Alf (I am calling him Alf from now on!) says that these dark elves are friendlier than the ones he fought years ago. Also we learn his wife is missing and he informed General Memrock and the Dark Rangers about it. (He disappears looking for her and you have to save him and his brother!)

Once you talk to your Templar buddies they will inform you of an orc army trying to seize the city. Follow Hector and Charles to this building
Some guards will inform you there are the remaining Templars as well as innocents in there. There will also be some potions and orcs for you to kill.
You mostly got to keep track of where Hector and Charles are. If you lose them then this part will be even harder,

When you find this ramp go up it.

You will meet Thormentor’s sister Hela. You get some more information on Thormentor’s family as well as some more dialouge about the pagan traitors. Angelore also revelas that these are the type of enemies she regrets killing. Everyone in the dark elf kingdom likes her so far and can see Charles influecne on her. This confuses Angelore. Hela says she will be allowed to enter the castle once the orcs are defeated. She says good-bye to her “Sister in-law” which confuses Hela.

Along the way kill one of these big bois for an achievement.

Here will be the biggest battle so far! DOn’t worry about having to kill the beetle as it gets killed by cannon fire. 

There are some potions in this building

You also kill the big orc boi in this battle! Yay!

This path takes you to the next battle.

Talk to him to start it (but not yet!)

Instead go around to the right until you see this village.

Valentina will be found here (IN all the videos I have seen on this game no one has found her!) There will be a long conversation about battle, we are reveled the pagans sacrifice BABIES! Valentina is an ice sorceress and her brothe Elias is an assassin. Elias may have a little crush on Angelore (watch out Thormentor!) But Valentina scolds him for hitting on the future queen. They talk about that some more and we learn that Charles is the one who brokered the whole peace treaty/marraige in the first place. Valentina even calls hima “love doctor”!

Once you talk to that guy and approach the gate these mofos will show up for another big battle! LEad by a pagan warchief who is sort of a boss fight.

When you defeat him. youa re treated to the funniest cutscene in the game! Chrles kills the warchief… with his SCYTHE… which he thorws at the dude!… without making a sound… while the warchief doesn’t react at ALL. It is hilarious!

get some potions in the tenrs near the gare and we are going to head into the end game!

All rightey! Now all we have to do is save the dwarves and fight the final boss!

To find the first dwarf go to the blue tower seen in the distance here.

There will be some pagans to kill, potions to steal, and Alf to talk to. He thanks you for saving him but warns her of an evil Dark elf who is using a musical instrument. He says his brother has been taken to a tower whom he needs to save. The pagans were also torturing him before killing him.

There are some potions around where Alf gets found.

And once the pagans are dead there will be a health upgrade.

More potions in this location.

To get to the tower find this town on the left and the castle on the right and go between them.

This is the tower you are looking for.

You will meet this dark elf girl. (Her name is Casiel according to the developer)

Angelore tries to help her but she gets harped into oblivion. And despite what Batprince says in his walkthrough Casiel is most likely wearing FLEX-TAPE instead of duct tape. (So clearly she is the most dangerous enemy) She slowly walks to unconscious Angelore and when you wake up. Your sword and shield are gone!

You do find Alf’s brother: Khenatin (again with the names! I’m calling him Kenny) Says that Casiel casts illusions from her harp which fooled both of them. Casiel also took Kenny’s armor and stuff as well. Luckily for Kenny Alf is alive and Kenny laughs that Aff was saved by a Guurrrrll! (That means he has cooties now!) When Angelore reminds him that she saved him to Kenny still laughs that Alf had to be saved first. Angelore gives him a healing potion and tells her to meet up with Thormentor and the rest of the Templars. Him and Alf will catch up later.

Nothing left to do but go to the castle for the final boss of Chapter 1. Thankfully you cans till use fisticuffs to deal with any other enemy you forgot to kill on the way there,

In the little courtyard you will meet this dark skinned Templar girl in a tent. According to the creator her name is Aura and she is from the Etheopian branch of the Templars. She is important later but for know all you can do is just look at her booty!

Go to Thormentor for a cutscene. They reunite and its all sweet and…

Oh balls! Verion is here with and army of orcs!

Angelore runs away and you play as THormentor for this fight.

You can just ignore the orc army except the one directly surrounding Verion. Try to kill those one at a time as you have no health potions. When killing Verion use either the 1 or 2 keys to launch youself into Verion. This should knock him onto his booTAY! There you can take a few stabs at him. Make sure to hold Shift down to block as he gets up and attacks. Run away and repat this 4 to 8 times until the finishing cutscene plays.

You know that Aura girl from before? She lightnings Verion’s dragon!

TO DEATH! (no easy feat)

Thormentor says to Verion that he can’t be killed. But Verion says that he dosen’t have to… HE JUST HAS TO KILL THE PRINCESS!!!

He tries to lightning you but Thormentor jumps infornt of him and flies into you.

(I don’t know if he is still alive and the developer wouldn’t spoil this for me.)

Also Verion molests Lioba and runs off with her. (That can’t be good!)

After that Angelore goes to check on Thormentor and the camera pans up into the sky past the castle and the credits roll. (No achievements for watching the credits thankfully)

Woo! That is it! If you followed this guide you should have seen every secret. And gotten 11 of the 12 achievements. The 12 one is for completing the tutorial sequence marked as “Hibernia” on the main menu. It is currently being redone by the developer as this guide is being created so check and see if it updated later.
