How to get the Secret Coordinate Ending
You need to find four symbols with coordinates under them via the UV light upgrade (be sure to right click and investigate them). Then the symbol order list (a single scan item from a wall). once you find an unfinished door surrounded by Xs, investigate your advanced system info menu. You should be able to use the data there to get two more endings after you create the door.
