Complete all the achievements with this guide, where I’ve tried to sort every achievement in easily accessible categories.
Unmissable achievements
THE BEGINNING
Finish the Prologue.
ACHIEVEMENT FOR THE COOLEST
Spend 2 or more hours in the game.
Combat related achievements
THE DOERFinish a fight without using beer, cigarettes and medkits from the inventory.
Try to do this very early in the game, on the first gunfight if you can.
SHARPSHOOTER
Finish gunsmith’s challenge.
After any mission, go the the gun shop and accept a job.
PROFESSIONAL SADIST
Use all types of special ammo.
You have to shoot JHP, EXP, AP, INC and FRZ ammo, available only with guns unlockable for purchase if you do the gun seller missions after every case. This achievement has to be completed in one playthrough.
HUMANE MURDER
Finish the game without using special ammo.
I recommend to do this in a separate playthrough to the one where you are chasing for the YOLO achievement, some combat sections can be very hard without special ammo.
I AM MY OWN DOCTOR
Use 20 medkits (during fights).
SLAM SOME BEERS
Drink 40 bottles of beer (during fights).
CHIMNEY
Smoke 40 cigarettes (during fights).
These three can be achieved over multiple playthroughs, just remember to use them. If you are good in combat without using items, consider wasting a little.
Finish the game without deaths.
Don’t die in any circumstance, not even during the gun shop missions. Also, don’t betray Andrew in chapter 7 and don’t shoot Anne in the final chapter.
Branching achievements
ON TRIAL
Arrest all bosses.
When asked, arrest every suspect. If you can’t arrest them, it doesn’t matter if you choose to kill or spare them.
EXECUTIONER
Execute all bosses.
When asked, kill every suspect. Don’t betray Andrew in chapter 7.
FREEDOM
Release all bosses.
When asked, release every suspect. Betray Andrew in chapter 7.

Arrest Riccar Fire.
INQUISITION
Execute Riccar Fire.

HEARTWARMING TRIP
Clear the table during the train trip.
These two achievements can be obtained during the final chapter, you have to eat everything on the table and run out of beer. Remember, don’t click on your character or you will start napping. The train ride is long, but you must not skip it.
Miscellaneous
COLLECTORCollect all posters.
JOB CUTSKill all security guards.
Before entering any mission shootout, there will be a security guard blocking you. To get the achievement, always choose the option to shoot them in the face.
NOTHING PERSONALShoot Anne.
When asked in the final confrontation with Julia, choose to shoot Anne with the first line of dialogue.
WIMP
Refuse to shoot Anne.
When asked in the final confrontation with Julia, refuse to shoot Anne with the second line of dialogue.
BӏTCH
Shoot Julia.
When asked in the final confrontation with Julia,try to shoot at Julia with the third line of dialogue.
DEATH ON MARS
Bad ending.
Shoot Anne or betray Andrew in chapter 7.
TOWARDS LOVE
Leave Mars with the woman you love.
Don’t shoot Anne or betray Andrew. In the final scene, choose to go away with Anne.
STRONG BROMANCE
Leave Mars with a friend.
Don’t shoot Anne or betray Andrew. In the final scene, choose to go away with Andrew, but don’t take his hand.
VERY STRONG BROMANCE
Leave Mars with the man you love.
Don’t shoot Anne or betray Andrew. In the final scene, choose to go away with Andrew, and hold his hand.
