Unlock Free roam after finishing the first five missions in the game
After doing the frist five missions free roam is unlocked as an option.
Spawn at field of operation base
Drive to Air Drop next to base
Sell the found Anchor for 5000 every time
Return to Headquarter and Repeat 🙂
