Go to

“Steam\steamapps\common\SYNCED\ArkGame\Content\Movies\LauchVideo”

and change the Filename from Intro of your country
from

“LaunchVideo_EN.bk2” to “1LaunchVideo_EN.bk2” “LaunchVideo_DE.bk2” = “1LaunchVideo_DE.bk2”

 

About the Game
