At pervert’s house, pour vodka on the burning table ten times.
Don’t get robbed by the youngster in front of the police station at the start of the game.
You can avoid it by not talking to him, or talking to him before you get your police badge. The achievement triggers when you go to the pervert’s house and the youngster is not peeing on the fence of the house (when you get robbed, he is peeing there and returns you the badge after talking to him)
Answer Ollie’s riddle with a number 9999.
Win multiple times (ten times?) on the slot machine. (you need to go back to the station to hit the phone booth to get coin out, put the coin in the slot machine, repeat around 10x)
