Weekly Routine and Training
On the weekly screen at the top, the respective dates for the currently active player are displayed. These contents change depending on which player is currently taking their turn. The current day is visually highlighted. At the top, the coach has already set some units. Now you can determine how intense your commitment should be on these days and whether you want to schedule an extra session (SHIFT).
Menu Daily Planning
Setting the corresponding commitment is done through “Drag and Drop.” Select a type of commitment, hold down the mouse button, and drag it to the corresponding field for the COMMITMENT on that day. The “Extra Shift” allows you to decide in which area you want to improve. The control works the same way as with the commitment; however, you need to release the mouse on the “SHIFT” field.
Menu Weekly Planning
This menu item is designed to provide convenience in setting. Here, you can set the commitment for the entire week with just 2 clicks. If you have a personal coach, they can also set the training for you.
Menu Training Plan Loyalty
Training adherence determines how effective one is in the training sessions set by the coach. The more faithfully you follow the coach’s plan, the higher the efficiency. If you don’t adhere to the training guidelines, the results during regular training sessions may potentially worsen (penalty on success probabilities). However, the player has the option to define up to three personal attributes that are calculated separately.
Menu Final Training
The “FAVOR” allows a teammate to help you in the final training. Each favor can only be used once. For each scheduled final training (directly before a matchday), favors owed by one or more teammates can be called in to make the player look better in this crucial training. This improves their impression on the coach and increases the chance of a place in the starting eleven.
Procedure
After each training day (handled separately for each player), an overview is displayed showing the achieved value increases and the coach’s assessment (depending on the effectiveness of the training).
There is the option to interrupt the weekly routine and return to the office. On Mondays, the cycle is automatically interrupted; the week starts only when all players are ready. If the weekly routine is in a dormant state (either on Monday or because one of the players clicked on Stop), individual days of the week can be selected. If a future day is selected, the planned training for the chosen day by the coach is displayed in the area where the training results are normally shown. If the selected day is in the past, the “Training Diary” – the results of the respective day are displayed in this area.
Events
During the weekly routine, various events can occur, which are handled in a pop-up that can have one or more buttons.
Commitment/Fitness
Energy is a special value. It is absolutely normal for this value to be low during the season. You need this value as the cost you pay for training. If your energy is 0, you automatically train at the lowest intensity – a low flame. On holidays and days off, the value recovers. The personal coach optimizes the fitness value to about 20, leaving some room until 0 in case something happens. The higher the value for commitment and special training, the more energy is lost. So, be careful not to let energy go to 0. If there is no more energy, extra shifts are ignored, no special skill training is done, and regular training is at a back burner. In matches, it depends on the value of constitution, not on energy or freshness.

In games, the focus is on the physical value, not on energy or freshness.
