What skill teachers teach is RNG so you should hope for TRADING and SCOUTING which are the worst to level up. Other skills will be maxed throughout the campaign.
Remember to rename your villager so you know which one is the most important. 😀
And once you maxed out one skill from the teacher you should go into the next chapter, because your character will die of old age eventually.
