CozyTyper 100% Achievements Guide

CozyTyper is a charming game that delivers a unique and enjoyable experience for both typing enthusiasts and those seeking a tranquil gaming escape. CozyTyper strikes a perfect balance between relaxation and productivity and is an excellent choice for those seeking a peaceful gaming experience, allowing you to unwind while sharpening your typing abilities.

In saying this, please be prepared for the ultimate frustration you’ll experience while trying to 100% the game where not even the music and colours of the game will soothe you.

This is our first ever guide, please be kind!

There are 3 colour variants for achievements. I have based this on their background colour;

Pink (30 Achievements)
Achievements earned by playing on easy mode and completing milestone quote numbers

Blue (12 Achievements)
Achievements earned with hard mode enabled and completing milestone quote numbers

Gold (7 Achievements)
Achievements earned by making zero mistakes and completing milestone quote numbers

To help complete the grind faster, enable Hard Mode when in Story Mode. This will allow you to earn double achievements upon completion of each week i.e. Your First Week (Pink) and Not Too Hard (Blue) can be completed in one run.

Perfect Practice Makes Perfect (Gold) can also be achieved using this method BUT you will need to be meticulous by ensuring each quote is 100% accurate before moving onto the next, otherwise it will not count and you will have to reset*.

If you make a mistake mid-quote, you can exit and re-enter Story Mode. This will clear the error made and will not force you to reset the game. As long as you have not moved onto the next quote, this can be done repeatedly when needed. Use YOTO typing mode which will keep any mistakes made, on the screen as extra reassurance that it is 100% accurate.

QUICK TIPS:

• Time
  You can go as slow as you want, this game is not time orientated and your WPM will not affect achievements.
• Cursor and Typing Mode
  Rotate out your typing cursor style and typing mode as you complete achievements to utilize your time, this can be changed at any point of the game
• Language
  Please note that the spelling for this game is Americanized so some spelling may differ to what you’re used to i.e. organisation vs. organization, there are also little things in the game like spacing and punctuation marks that are designed to trip you up. Play a practice round to better understand how these work so that you can recognise them while grinding.
• *Game Closure
  This is an unreliable method so I’d advise against it unless desperate as it’s not guaranteed to work

  If you’ve gotten to Week 4 to grind gold achievements and have accidentally made a mistake on a quote that can’t be re-attempted, meaning you’ll need to reset the story mode, try exiting the game completely and restarting. I have done this a handful of times where it has worked, and others where it hasn’t. The best alternative solution for this is to slow down towards the end of each quote and avoid this issue completely.

To get these achievements it will require completing 7 rounds of quotes that increase in quantity each time you complete a round (between 8-26 per round).

There are 4 weeks where this must be done. Refer to Before You Play for tips on how to get gold achievements easier.

COMPLETE WEEK 1

Complete week 1. You will need to complete each quote with at least 95% accuracy for it to register as complete.

NOT TOO HARD

Complete week 1 on hard mode. You will need to complete each quote with 100% accuracy for it to register as complete.

PERFECT PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT

Complete week 1. No mistakes can be made.

WELL ON YOUR WAY

Complete week 2. You will need to complete each quote with at least 95% accuracy for it to register as complete.

For these achievements, use Hard Mode so that you can double up on your achievements and save time. Unlike the tips in Before You Play, you will need to complete these quotes without making any mistakes as it will reset your streak.
